Does Parte-Listo store traveller data?+
We do not store traveller field values in the database. Files are processed to generate the XML and may be retained temporarily for up to 24 hours to complete conversion; history stores metadata only, such as date, size, checksum and validation result.
Do I need to change PMS or workflow?+
No. The point is to keep your current tools and upload the CSV, XLS or XLSX you already export from Booking.com, Airbnb, Avantio, Lodgify, Octorate, many other PMS tools or a generic format.
How do the free tier and trial work?+
Anonymous users can generate 1 traveller every 24 hours. Registered users get 5 travellers every 24 hours. Starter, Professional and Business begin with a 14-day Stripe trial.
Is the XML validated before download?+
Yes. Every conversion is validated against the SES.Hospedajes XSD before download. Missing mandatory fields or ambiguous values are surfaced for review.

Yes. Technical validation runs against the XSD before download. The official check is uploading the XML in SES.Hospedajes with your credentials and reviewing the platform response.
