Does Parte-Listo store traveller data?+
No. The file is processed in memory to generate the XML and traveller data is not stored. For registered users, history keeps metadata only, such as date, size, checksum and validation result.
Do I need to change PMS or workflow?+
No. Upload the CSV, XLS or XLSX you already export. We recognise exports from Booking.com, Airbnb, Avantio, Lodgify and Octorate; from other systems, upload a CSV or Excel with the traveller columns.
How do the free tier and trial work?+
Without an account you can download the XML for 1 traveller every 24 hours. With a free account, up to 5 travellers every 24 hours. Paid credit packs are in preparation.
Is the XML checked before download?+
We check the structure and mandatory fields against our own schema, based on the instructions published by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. This is not an official validation: SES.Hospedajes decides when you upload the file. Parte-Listo is in beta, so always review the XML before uploading it.
Can I check the XML outside Parte-Listo?+
Yes. The official check is uploading the XML in SES.Hospedajes with your credentials and reviewing the platform response.
Do you use AI on my data?+
No. Conversion uses fixed rules only for headers, dates, document types, countries and phones, and the data does not leave our server. Fields that cannot be interpreted are flagged so you can fix them in your file.
